We only use the highest quality ingredients, meats and  freshest vegetables. Authentic Mexican
cooking is very variable and changes from region to region. Our basic menu
is made up of Northern Mexican fare with moderate prices. Everything is cooked from original recipes developed by founder and operator Manuel Santana, and his son Leonardo Santana

HUACHINANGO ALA ALICIA
Local red snapper in Manuel's variation of a classic Vera Cruz
recipe. Topped with a cold unique cream sauce and served on
a bed of rice.

SHRIMP FAJITAS
Six prawns sautéed in white wine with onions & bell peppers, served over
a corn tortilla and complemented with Spanish rice and refried beans.

Literally translated as "drunken chicken"
chicken cooked in a sherry sauce with ham and
sausages. An old puebla recipe.

We presently have a couple of wonderful musicians playing for us and they change from time to time. Billy Packard and his varying duet partners enchant our weekend lunch crowd with mandolin and guitar tunes. 

They play many pieces from Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Italy, Greece, France and Russia. This duet plays with a lot of heart and love and it is hard to disagree once you have heard them play. Billy delights in playing your requests for favorite songs, if they know it, they'll play it! Occasionally joining the duet is Kathryn Packard, whose beautiful voice adds another dimension to the music. You can also contract this duet to play at your event of choice.

On Friday and Saturday night from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. we have a fabulous, internationally renowned Paraguayan Harpist named Ramon Romero. He plays the harp like no one we have ever heard, it is breathtaking to sit and listen to this very sought out musician. Ramon has played in many different parts of the world, and has even personally played for the Queen of Spain, a fact which in itself illustrates his talents and unquestionable commitment to play with passion.

Because of this popularity and other engagements Ramon might have, we are not always able to have him every Friday and Saturday night as we would like. If you would like to dine with us and enjoy Ramon's music, please call us to confirm his appearance for that evening.
